We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment option. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the order.

2. Shipping Process

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, courier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your area is not covered, our team will contact you after order placement to notify you.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

6. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the order, or if the payment is not made, the delivery may be rescheduled or canceled. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in a temporary suspension of ordering privileges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement as per our Return Policy.
